Health is a big topic, and deciding to throw yourself into it can often be overwhelming. You have millions of different sources of information, people forcing all kinds of supplements on you, 10 different diets in every magazine you pick up, and nobody can make their mind up on what is right and what is wrong.

Getting healthier is far from being focused on just 1 thing. It is a combination of working out properly, resting, eating healthy, and most importantly having the right mindset, drive, and willingness to go through with it.

Because this may present a big change in your life, you might want to back away and not even tackle the problem. It might seem too overwhelming. But i can tell you, from personal experience, that if you take it step by step, implementing change in your life in small amounts, efforts and victories, you will see how effortlessly you can become a healthier person

3. Time

Some beginners workout are really time consuming and can drain away all your energy. But with proper type, short duration and intensity of workout, you actually INCREASE your body's energy level, making it easier for you to tackle everyday challenges. (More on that soon)
