&lt;br /&gt;Well written, easy to read, does not talk down at you and flexible enough not to scare people off.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;A enjoyed it a great deal and suggest that everybody read it and adapt the suggestd life style.

		<description>We are both in our mid 40&#039;s and aware that we need to consider good health and could do with losing a few kilos each. This book was recommended to us by a friend whom has had success from it. There is a lot to read and take in, but it really does re-train your thoughts about what you currently eat and why. My husband and I have definitely found it helpful and revolutionary in so many ways, we will never go back to what we used to believe and were told by the so called &#039;experts&#039;. If you want to change your approach to weight loss and healthiness then this is the book for you. We highly recommend it!

He spells everything out in the beginning of the book with his 10 primal blueprint &quot;laws,&quot; then goes deeper and deeper into each of his points as you progress through the book. He backs up all his work with research, natural wisdom, and historical timelines. Primal Blueprint is a must have for everyone interested in health and ease of use of the human body.

His website is also one of my favorite places to visit on the Internet.
